Qualified Residents can receive a credit of $50 per month Award in a Home Buyer Fund towards the purchase of a new home. Maximum Award $1,200.


Qualification Rules:


1. You must have a valid lease agreement in good standing with Service Specialties II, Inc. for at least 24 months before qualifying to receive any Award funds.


2. Your monthly rent is received by the 5th of each month. Late payments will void any accumulated money. However, future, on-time rental payments will cause the Award to reinstate and start new from a zero balance.


3. Residents must use Unity Real Estate  in the purchase of their new home.


4. The Award Voucher will be presented at closing by Service Specialties II, Inc. and can only be used toward the down payment of said real property purchase and closing costs.
